1. Scope of Coverage
Lifetime Computers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants to the original purchaser (“you” or “your”) that all hardware components of your custom desktop computer (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own the Product (the “Lifetime Warranty Period”). This coverage is limited, non-transferable, and applies only under the terms and conditions stated in this Limited Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”). This Warranty covers only the custom desktop computer(s) purchased from Lifetime Computers and does not extend to any other products or devices.
2. What We Will Do
If a covered component is found to be defective during the Lifetime Warranty Period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair, replace the defective component with a comparable or newer part, or refund the original purchase price of the defective component. If an identical part is not available, we may replace it with a functionally similar or newer-generation component.
3. Warranty Conditions
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide acceptable proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, receipt).
- Product Registration: You must register your Product within 60 days from the date of purchase. Failure to register within this timeframe may void this Warranty.
- Non-Transferable: This Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and may not be assigned or transferred to subsequent owners.
- Geographic Limitations: This Warranty is valid only in the United States. Any shipping costs related to a warranty claim, including returning the Product to us and the cost of shipping replacement parts back to you, will be your responsibility.
4. What Is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover damages, defects, or failures caused by or resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Unauthorized modification or alteration of the Product or its components
- Accidents, acts of God (e.g., floods, fires, earthquakes), or other external causes beyond our control
- Normal wear and tear
- Operation of the Product outside the parameters stated in the documentation (e.g., beyond recommended voltage ranges or environmental conditions)
5. Part Availability
If a warranted component is no longer available, we reserve the right to provide a comparable part, a newer-generation part, or a refund of the purchase price of that component.
6. How to Obtain Warranty Service
- Contact Us: Prior to returning any Product, contact our Customer Support at [Contact Information] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: You must include your original receipt, invoice, or other valid proof of purchase.
- Shipping: You are responsible for shipping costs related to sending the Product or defective parts to us for inspection. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
7. Disclaimers and Additional Legal Rights
- Limited Warranty: This document constitutes our complete and exclusive warranty. Except as expressly stated herein, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifetime Computers shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss of data, or loss of use of the Product).
- State Variations: Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such states, some or all of these disclaimers or limitations may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
8. Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is effective as of the date specified above and supersedes all prior warranties and representations. By purchasing and using the Product, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
